Hardcore Henry was… a fun experiment.
Do not go to this movie expecting a solid narrative, compelling characters, or witty dialogue. You will find none. Come for the body count, come to see heads explode and limbs tear off, come to see blood be spilled. For a relatively low budget film at 10 million dollars and a plot that will have you scratching your head for the majority of the run time, the action is fast, brutal and bloody and a thrill to watch. As our old pal Alex would say: strap in for a bit of the old ultra-violence.
6/10 Solid action, no plot.
